Bills quarterback Josh Allen has a fan in four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers.
During a recent appearance “The Pat McAfee Show,” the Packers QB was the first to bring up Allen’s name when talking about those who were the truly great throwers of the football.
I love watching Josh Allen play football. Like, it’s fun to watch. The way he plays… throws flat-footed into the pocket [‘Big Game’ Gabe Davis] … That was the best throw I had. He actually makes something – probably normal plays for him – that most people can’t. I really enjoy watching him play.
Without a doubt, Allen has one of the best arms of anyone at the quarterback position, able to throw the ball deep with ease and velocity. Sometimes the 60-yard throw from the opposite hash is made without even stepping into it.
The Bills will need to be at their best in Sunday’s division round game against Joe Burrows and the Bengals.
