Alabama fans put on a pretty heady campaign over the weekend.
Fans are trying to take credit for how good Jalen Hurts has become, even though he was benched for Tua Tagovailoa in the 2018 National Championship game against Georgia.
After the game (which Alabama won), Hurts announced his decision to transfer and found much success at Oklahoma. He was then drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles and is just one win away from a berth in the Super Bowl. ,
All of this has given the football world some funny reactions to how Alabama fans claim to be Hurts.
One fan tweeted, “Alabama didn’t believe in Jalen Hurts. He belongs at OU. I’m not a fan of either.”
Another tweet read, “As an outsider to both fan bases, I will always associate Jalen Hurts with Alabama.”
Who do you think should be able to claim Hearts?
