After another round of heavy flirting with the NFL, Jim Harbaugh is on his way back to Michigan once again.
Per UM President santa ono,
I got off the phone with Coach Harbaugh and Jim shared with me the good news that he would be staying on as head coach of the Michigan Wolverines. This is fantastic news that I have informed our athletic director, Warde Manuel. go blue!
The football world reacted on social media to Harbaugh’s return.
“Jim Harbaugh excitedly returns to coach Michigan,” shared Mike Garafolo.
“Yes sir!!! On a mission! Best coach in the country!” said Michigan assistant Sharon Moore.
One user asked, “Why are people in Michigan so excited by statements like this when Harbaugh interviews and flirts for other jobs (and then doesn’t get them).” It’s like thanking your girlfriend. That he chose you after being turned down by more handsome and richer men.”
A Michigan State fan tweeted, “Just in: Jim Harbaugh fails to earn NFL offer again.”
