NFL Network total reach post a controversial graphic during Thursday’s edition of the show.
The crew offered up a quarterback comparison ahead of this weekend’s Divisional Round matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers. In doing so, he disrespected veteran QB Dak Prescott.
In-studio analysts have determined that late rookie Brock Purdy has the edge on the post in “poise, accuracy and decision-making”. He gave Dak an advantage in “arm strength and mobility”.

NFL World took to Twitter to respond to this graphic.
One fan wrote, “This is ridiculous, sports media is dead.”
“LOL smh prisoner of the moment,” added another.
“Postage has been bad several times this year… but what are we doing with graphics like this? Postage > Purdy easily,” said another.
Purdy has been excellent in his time on the field for the 49ers, but his sample size if much smaller than Prescott’s. Both of these quarterbacks put together outstanding playoff performances in the wild card round, totaling over 600 passing yards, seven touchdowns, and zero interceptions.
Purdy and Prescott will meet in their divisional round matchup on Sunday.
