White Sox pitcher Mike Clevinger is reportedly under investigation by MLB after some troubling allegations were made by the mother of his child.
To athleticThe 32-year-old right-hander is accused of child abuse as well as domestic violence against the mother of his 10-month-old daughter.
The sports world reacted Tuesday to troubling allegations against the Chicago starter.
One user replied, “So Mike Clevinger was a piece of s—.”
“F— Mike Clevinger. All my housemates hate Mike Clevinger,” tweeted another.
Josh Nelson said, “I don’t need to see Mike Clevinger pitch for the White Sox.”

Another user commented, “Trevor Bauer and Mike Clevinger were quite the trio with Mickey Calaway as the pitching coach in Cleveland.”
Clevinger signed a one-year, $8 million deal with the Sox in December with an option for $12 million through 2024.
